Actaea simplex Chocoholic (Baneberry)

This tall perennial, Actaea simplex Chocoholic, features stunning bronze-purple, lacy foliage adorned with fragrant, bottle-brush flowers in soft mauve-pink, which gradually fade to nearly white as they mature. It blooms beautifully from late summer through early fall, adding graceful color and texture to the garden. Actaea is also know as Baneberry, Bugbane or Cimicifuga.
