Pistachio Baklava Tray

Pistachio Baklava is prepared using an average of 40 layers of phyllo. Green pistachio, known as gray pistachio, grown in Gaziantep region, is used in its content. It is cooked in the oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes. It is added to the syrup with the sugar boiled at 110 degrees.
